    GDS Non-Directional RNA Second Strand Synthesis Module非特异性RNA第二链合成模块已经过优化，可使用GDS RNA First Strand Synthesis Module (# K020)合成的第一链cDNA生成双链cDNA。由GDS Non-Directional RNA Second Strand Synthesis Module产生的dsDNA随后可以使用GDS End Repair/dA-Tailing Module (# K025)转化为平末端DNA片段。
