    GDS RNA First Strand Synthesis Module是RNA第一链合成模块，该模块已经过优化，可使用随机引物将大范围输入量的RNA转化为cDNA。

    该模块可与GDS Directional RNA Second Strand Synthesis Module (# K021) 特异性RNA第二链合成模块或GDS Non-Directional RNA Second Strand Synthesis Module (# K022) 非特异性RNA第二链合成模块一起使用。这些工作流程与poly(A) mRNA分离或核糖体RNA缺失兼容，并且能够从10 ng - 1 µg总RNA中高产量地制备高质量文库。
